  • SoftWave therapy is a non-invasive regenerative treatment that uses electrohydraulic supersonic acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. It promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and improves blood flow by activating stem cells and increasing cellular signaling. Used for musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and chronic conditions, SoftWave therapy is FDA-cleared and has been shown to accelerate recovery without the need for surgery, injections, or opioids. It is commonly used in sports medicine and rehabilitation to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

    Effects:

    Pain relief – analgesic effect

    Anti-inflammatory action:

    Lowers the pro-inflammatory immune response

Decreases cellular apoptosis and reduces necrosis

Antibacterial effect in the treatment of infections

Induces the expression of endogenous growth factors

Angiogenesis; improved vascularity and blood circulation, tissue supply

Ossification; formation of new bone tissue

Stimulates natural anabolic and growth functions in all kinds of tissues
(skin, bones, cartilage, smooth & striated muscles, nerves…)

Activation of stem cells; metabolism ↑, proliferation ↑, migration ↑, differentiation ↑

    Tissue remodeling and regeneration!

    Conditions Treated:

Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries related to: knee, heel, foot, ankle, hamstring, back, pelvis, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.

  • Electron adapted neurotherapy is the combination of modern biomedicine, acupuncture, and microcurrent therapy. Diagnosis is quick and easy by understanding dermatomes, or the spinal level of nerves for a body region or organ involved with a patients concern. Treatment involves insertion of just four sterile single-use acupuncture needles into the muscles and fascia of the back near the spine, and then the application of two distinct, but simultaneous, frequencies creating a merging of circuits using two microcurrent devices. These frequencies interact within the tissues creating more than 1000 frequencies. The innate body wisdom selects the frequencies it needs, and then carries electrons provided by these microcurrent devices into the cells and tissues to improve circulation, nerve conduction, and cellular function. Essentially it is selective ‘charging’ of the body to have enough energy to heal.

Treatments are just 10-20 minutes, minimally invasive, and highly effective. Treatments are done in a series, and the number of treatment depends on how long, or how many concerns are present. The primary goal is 10-12 treatments within 30 days to cause reduction of inflammation, increase the bodies own mechanisms of pain reduction, improve function and start to regenerate cell function and tissues. 1 month of treatments initializes a process that will continue for 1-2 years. Typically most conditions need 15-20 treatments over 3 months. Additional treatments can be done for other concerns or to boost the effects if desired. Some cases of severe or chronic conditions may need at least 30 to get to 85% improvement.

  • Typically when you get injured, you pay a visit to your Primary Care Physician. After this visit, the PCP may make some basic recommendations and refer you to physical therapy. Physical therapy may or may not offer you relief, so the PCP recommends additional complementary care by a chiropractor or an acupuncturist. If this does not help, the PCP may then prescribe imaging, labs, pain meds, or even a referral to a surgeon.

All of these steps take time, money, and patience. Additionally, you end up with numerous providers with staggered views and opinions of your care and diagnosis.

A First Contact Physician is also known as a Primary Care Provider. However, the slight difference here is that when injured, especially for a non-emergent concern, a Physician specialized in musculoskeletal conditions is preferred.
